Order processing time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excludes weekends or holidays).

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.

Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom.

North America: Canada, Mexico, United States.

South America: Brazil, Chile, Colombia.

Africa: South Africa.

Asia: Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Israel, Malaysia, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam.

Shipping

We provide free standard shipping for orders over 50€. 

Orders below 50€ incur a standard shipping fee of 9€.

Estimated shipping time between 5 to 12 business days (exludes weekends or holidays).

Exceptionally, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, and South Africa have an estimated shipping time between 12-18 business days (excluding weekends or holidays).

 

Shipping Confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

All taxes are included in the final price, so you don't need to worry about any unexpected fees. 

However, there is one exception for our UK customers. In that case, custom duties have to be paid by the customer. Because we only like good exceptions, we have a little suprise for our UK community. Please contact us at info@sedosasilk.com to hear it.
