To start the refund/return, please contact us at info@sedosilk.com.
Because we believe so much in our products, we stand by a 100% Risk-Free policy, which means you have 30 days to claim a 100% refund in the event of damage or dissatisfaction with our products, excluding damage from mishandling for not following care instructions or misuse of products.
Return Instructions
To proceed with the return you can send us an e-mail indicating the reason for your return, for control purposes, and you just need to provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase and send it to info@sedosasilk.com.
Upon recieving your refund/return request, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Your refund will be fulfilled up to 7 days upon arrival of the returned package.
As a part of our 100% Risk-Free policy, the shipping costs for the return will be covered by us.

Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and correct it. Please e-mail us as soon as possible so that we can refund you or restore the defective or damaged item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
